Our products are digital eSIM services delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, special refund conditions apply.
No-refund cases
Once the eSIM has been delivered and the QR code or activation details have been issued, the sale is considered final. Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- After the QR code or activation details have been delivered
- If the eSIM has been activated or used
- If the device does not support eSIM technology or is incompatible
- If network performance, speed, or coverage does not meet expectations
Refund exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if the eSIM was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our side. In such cases, we may first attempt to re-deliver the eSIM or provide alternative activation instructions.
Request timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
